We’re a crew of Fort Worth neighbors who show up in uniform, put shoe covers on before we step past your front door, and don’t leave until the floors look like we were never there. Most of us have worked in Texas heat long enough to know that an AC breakdown in July isn’t a scheduling inconvenience, it’s a health problem. What unites us is simple: we do the job right the first time, and if we don’t, we answer for it. That’s the Cedarwell Care Promise, and it’s the reason our trucks stay busy across Fort Worth.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician, AC Repair
Marcus has spent 14 years diagnosing air conditioners in Fort Worth, and he’s the person we send when another company couldn’t figure it out. He’s certified to service Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard equipment, which matters when a homeowner has a mixed-brand setup and just wants it fixed. Marcus keeps a notepad in his truck and sketches the problem for customers before he touches a screwdriver, so they can see exactly what’s wrong and what it costs to fix. On weekends he rebuilds old motorcycles, which explains why he’s never rattled by a compressor that sounds like it’s begging for retirement.
Dana R. – Senior Installer, AC Installation
Dana leads every install we do in Fort Worth, from a ranch house in Wedgwood to a two-story in Tanglewood. She’s been placing and sealing HVAC systems since 2009 and holds certifications for high-efficiency heat pump and furnace line sets. Dana is the reason our installs include drop cloths through every hallway and a photo of the cleanup before we leave, because she treats a hallway like it’s her own. She also trains every apprentice on the C.A.R.E. values code: Clean up like it’s their own home, Ask before moving anything, Respect the family’s time and quiet hours, Explain the price before the work. Her own two cats have never once approved of her leaving the house at 6 a.m.
Priya S. – Service Coordinator
Priya is the voice on our phone at 2 a.m., at noon on a holiday, and at 6 p.m. on a Sunday. She’s the reason Meadowsweet Heating and Air Fort Worth answers every call with a live person, not a voicemail queue. Priya knows the Fort Worth map better than most delivery drivers and can tell you if a truck in your neighborhood is already on its way. She’s been coordinating HVAC service in Texas since 2012 and keeps a whiteboard of every job so nothing slips. Her calm under pressure comes from seven years of youth soccer refereeing, which is honestly harder than a July heat wave.
Joel M. – Apprentice Technician
Joel is in his second year with us and spends his days working next to Marcus on repair calls across Fort Worth. He’s currently completing his EPA certification and practices brazing on scrap copper in the shop after hours. Joel grew up in North Richland Hills and still gets a little excited when a homeowner’s dog wants to inspect his tool bag. He’s the first to grab drop cloths and the last to leave a job, because he knows the 365-Day Done Right Promise starts with the small stuff. When he’s not on a ladder, he’s fishing at Lake Worth and pretending the heat doesn’t bother him.
One Standard, Every Job
Every technician at Meadowsweet Heating and Air Fort Worth works under the same non-negotiable rules that apply across the Cedarwell family of HVAC companies. A written price comes before any work starts, on every visit, every time. Shoe covers go on at the door. Drop cloths roll out before the first tool comes off the truck. A photo of the cleanup gets sent before the crew pulls away. If something isn’t done right, we make it right within 365 days, no runarounds and no fine print. Luis Serrano, our owner, put the standard in place so that a customer in Fort Worth gets the same care a customer in any other Cedarwell city would get: floors protected, air clean, pets and kids safe, and a price that was explained before the work began.
Luis has spent enough years in Texas HVAC to know that trust isn’t built with a logo. It’s built when a technician asks before moving a family photo, when the crew sweeps the hallway, and when the final invoice matches the number that was promised. That’s why our people get hired for character and trained for skill, not the other way around. Whether it’s Marcus sketching a capacitor on his notepad, Dana double-checking a line set, or Priya answering the phone at midnight, the job gets done the Meadowsweet way: clean, clear, and fixed right the first time.
